This is because error handler has always been special and is specially in
Spring/Blueprint XML DSL and Java DSL has its own way as well. And now YAML DSL
has that too.
CAMEL-18216 is a ticket to use the same error handler from model across all
DSLs, but its tricky to do this and keep backwards compatible.
