If there are no objections, I'd like to defer this change until at least the
3.9.0 release.
Ideally I'd like to time the upgrade for when Quarkus has a release that is MP
4 compatible (should be in 2.0). Otherwise, if we bump Camel now, then we need
to do hacks on the camel-quarkus side to keep things working, and I'd like to
avoid that if possible. Also there is the potential danger that Vert.x 4.x
leaks into the dependency tree, which would be bad.
