Two of the 2.x broken links are because there are json files with no associated
component.adoc files. They are
components/camel-reactor/target/classes/reactor.json
components/camel-cm-sms/target/classes/org/apache/camel/component/cm/cm-sms.json
or, in the catalog,
platforms/camel-catalog/target/classes/org/apache/camel/catalog/others/reactor.json
platforms/camel-catalog/target/classes/org/apache/camel/catalog/components/cm-sms.json
This suggests that running the master tooling on the 2.x branch may not be
without problems.
I'm going to manually delete the corresponding index entries.
