[~davsclaus] I see {{Exchange.getOut()}} is marked {{@deprecated}}, which is
fine for me. But some (or many?) components still seem to require putting its
returns to out message, so invoking {{Exchange.getOut()}} seems to be
necessary. What is then the expected way for components to put its returns to
an exchange? Is overwriting the in message directly the way to go?
