Zoran Regvart resolved CAMEL-12846.

Resolution: Implemented
Two new API properties were added:
* api.specification.contentType.json
* api.specification.contentType.yaml
Both specifying the `Content-Type` when serving the OpenAPI specification in
JSON or YAML respectively. The defaults remain the same as before this change,
`application/json` and `text/yaml`.
