Fix For: 2.23.0
Seems that there is different interpretations of what correct type for serving
OpenAPI/Swagger API specification should be. We're currently serving those as
{{application/json}} and {{text/yaml}}. We should allow for customization of
the response {{Content-Type}} header to help with any interoperability issues.
