It would be nice if there is an option to automatically grab the record and
include it in the response.

Some fields may reference to records in other tables so it would be nice if
such reference could get expanded.
i.e. when grabbing an incident the caller_id is in the following form:

It would be nice if there is an option to "follow links" and grab the user
definition.
