Summary: Replace Jersey JAX-RS client with CXF in Bonita component

The Bonita component uses the Jersey JAX-RS client which could make things
tricky if you want to use this component in conjunction with others that
require a different JAX-RS API implementation (E.g CXF).
So maybe it's better to port the component over to CXF.
