Camel REST Swagger component should specify the {{queryParameters}} option to
the delegate REST component.
The issue being that some of the parameters are optional, as per Swagger
specification, so in order to prevent sending {{optional=&123;optional&125;}}
to the API endpoint I've raised CAMEL-11050.
