Fix For: 2.19.0
So far the possible options include:
- requesting from the Azure team to release the Azure emulator for Linux
(and asking them to make sure it can be started not only manually - even if
the emulator runs on Windows only to at least consider doing the Windows
integration tests)
- seeking the test account sponsorship options, ex, ask the Azure team to
create some test playground for Blob/Queue/etc which can be invoked remotely
