Fix For: 2.19.0
Lets remove the .0 so the versions are shorter and easier for the eye, eg
2.18.0 -> 2.18
1.5.0 -> 1.5
And so on. And only if the last digit is .0 we can do this.
This is done in the tooling/maven/camel-package-maven-plugin where there is
some code to build those readme files etc.
