Producers should be able to publish AMQP messages with the immediate and/or the
mandatory flags (see
https://www.rabbitmq.com/amqp-0-9-1-reference.html#basic.publish.mandatory).
Ideally, this should be configurable for publisher (with an URI parameter) and
overridable for each message (with a Camel message header).
