Such as file consumer, and others which are scheduled. Currently we do not know
about all these additional 15+ options.
And also the component schema should filter options that are not supported such
as if the component is producer only, then skip any options that are consumer
labelled, and vice-versa. (This can happen for some components that inherit
from some default impls in camel-core)
