CAMEL-7716 Migrate camel-csv component to Apache CSV 1.0
It's a pretty big update since the base API of commons-csv has changed too
(completely other objects, fluent api...).
If it's too big we can create another data format called csv1 since it's
the first official version of commons-csv.
By the way, I've used JDK7 (try-with-resources and diamond operator) but
checkstyle doesn't like it :(
