{{DefaultCxfRsBinding}} is using the wrong directionality when applying the
header filter strategy. The method copyProtocolHeaders is used when turning an
incoming CXF payload into a Camel exchange/message.
However, it was calling the Header Filter Strategy's applyFilterToCamelHeaders
instead of applyFilterToExternalHeaders.
