Pull request: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27933 — the first part of
the tech debt cleanup: ChildProcess (the processes Maven starts for camel
run/debug stop with the CLI, killed after 30s), MavenCommand (one lookup of the
Maven wrapper), and plugin loading no longer calls System.exit. The listing
boilerplate, other duplicates and the embedding blockers stay open on this JIRA.
