Claus Ibsen resolved CAMEL-25398.

Resolution: Fixed
Merged in https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27931 (commit 7d31f3b0d8c7) for
4.24.0: camel ask's cli_exec returns the exit code, stdout and stderr and
refuses commands that would block; failed tools answer as errors (isError) in
camel ask, camel mcp and the monitor's MCP server; external commands honour
their timeout.
