Resolution: Fixed
Merged in https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27914 (commit 5186b4b03f5b): one
ProcessFinder finds the running integrations by name or pid
(requireOne/requireAny exit 3 when nothing matches; a pid must be a running
Camel integration), one ActionClient talks to them (request files from Camel
4.21, the shared action file before; OK, ERROR with not-found, TIMEOUT and
UNCONFIRMED as exit codes 0, 1, 3 and 124), and --timeout takes millis or a
duration such as 30s.
