The Vert.x based components (camel-platform-http-vertx, camel-vertx-http,
camel-vertx-websocket) configure Vert.x from {{SSLContextParameters}} using
only the key managers and trust managers. The other options of the
SSLContextParameters are not applied:
* the {{clientAuthentication}} of the server parameters (NONE/WANT/REQUIRE), so
the Vert.x server uses its default (no client authentication)
* the configured cipher suites and secure socket protocols (explicit lists or
include/exclude filters)
This also applies to the embedded HTTP server and management server of
camel-main when using global SSL ({{camel.ssl.clientAuthentication}},
{{camel.ssl.cipherSuites}} etc.).
The fix maps the client authentication to the Vert.x server options, and
applies the cipher suites and protocols (as computed by SSLContextParameters)
when they are configured.
