This issue is being investigated by a coding agent (on behalf of gnodet).
Initial triage findings: The dep-check.yml workflow on main still fails
intermittently with "No plugin descriptor found at META-INF/maven/plugin.xml"
for SNAPSHOT build plugins. While commit c3ef718de2e82 (Sep 23) pre-installs
camel-yaml-dsl-validator-maven-plugin and excludes it from the reactor, the
workflow still produces red marks on PR checks. There are already branches with
proposed fixes (gnodet/ci/disable-dep-check-workflow), but none have been
merged to main yet.
