by comparing a version which was able to check all dependencies. The biggest
problem seems to be that it takes more time to check each of the dependencies:
Aug 26: Average no-update check duration was 2.13 seconds.
Sep 22: Average no-update check duration grew to 3.54 seconds.
Sep 23: Average no-update check duration grew to 4.84 seconds.
