Found by the stepwise half of the round-2 local-model benchmark (ten
camel-jbang-examples built step by step through the camel-jbang-mcp server,
five runs each, 2026-09-21).
A route with

where the supplier route throws: the fallback runs, the log shows no stack
trace and no failed delivery, but {{camel_get_errors}} reports every exception
the supplier threw (nine for nine calls), and the same list grows on every
reload. An agent reads that as nine failures of a route that in fact handled
them. The tool (or the error capture it reads) should not count an exception
the exchange recovered from, or should mark it as handled by the circuit
breaker so an agent can tell the two apart.
