Scoped to the runtime line (PR): the file consumer logs at INFO when it creates
the starting directory. The validator part is left out for now: the validator
has no warning level (every message fails validation and blocks the
camel-jbang-mcp write tool), a new level is about sixty lines in five places,
and an inbox another process fills is a legitimate route that would warn on
every validation. The INFO line reaches every runtime and log reader; if the
silent failures persist in the next benchmark series, a warning level can
follow as its own issue.
