Fixed via #26503 (squash-merged to main, 4.23.0):
https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/26503 (commit c68dafe075e3). Fixed
ineffective int-option guards (mandatory fields, proxy port) and a fragile
exchange-property cast in camel-huaweicloud-dms/-iam.
