The development done in PR [https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/22793] turns
out to be not easy to support in Camel Quarkus and Spring Boot runtimes. The
problem is that the conversion of the prometheus format was design to happen in
the specific camel-micrometer-prometheus component, which, is used by "main"
runtime and not used by the other runtimes.
We should instead move the conversion logic from the
camel-micrometer-prometheus component into the camel-micrometer and be able to
convert in a Prometheus native when the configuration is specified.
