latest remaining known issue is:
Component FOP, blocked by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOP-3275 ,
which claim to be blocked by a JDK issue:
[https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8368356] a workaround consists in using
saxon-he instead of provided xml parser from the jdk
