The test `RecipientListParallelStreamingTest.testRecipientListParallel` in
`camel-core` is flaky in CI.
Observed failures on both JDK 17 and JDK 25 in PR #24374 and PR #24358 CI runs
(July 4, 2025). This test involves parallel processing with streaming, which is
timing-sensitive.
The test should be stabilized, potentially using Awaitility instead of any
timing-dependent assertions.
