The camel-mllp module has flaky surefire tests that fail intermittently in CI
builds. Observed on JDK 17 in PR #24374 CI run. The failures are
non-deterministic and unrelated to PR changes.
The test infrastructure likely has timing assumptions that should be replaced
with Awaitility.
