The user-manual security page ({{security.adoc}}) has a *Post-Quantum TLS*
subsection that covers transport-layer PQC and links to the JSSE Utility page.
However it (a) links the JSSE Utility page generally rather than its
*Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) TLS Configuration* section, and (b) does not
mention application/message-layer PQC (the {{camel-pqc}} component + {{pqc}}
data format: ML-KEM / ML-DSA / SLH-DSA encryption and signing).
h3. Proposal
Broaden the subsection (e.g. rename to *Post-Quantum Cryptography*) to surface
both layers: deep-link the JSSE PQC TLS section, and add xrefs to the PQC
component and PQC data format for message-payload PQC. Docs-only.
