BTW Just for information. Outside the message (body / headers) and exception
(error message, error type) we currently store this:

route uptime
body size (bytes)
headers size (bytes)
body type
exchange pattern
processing time (how long it took the last node before the error occured)
isCreatedByKamelet
isCreatedByRouteTemplate
