Fix For: 4.19.0
Add a new MCP tool camel_route_test_scaffold that generates JUnit 5 test
skeletons from Camel route definitions (YAML or XML). Currently there is no
tooling to help with test creation, leaving a major workflow gap for developers
building routes with AI-assisted tooling.
