Fix For: 4.11.0
The component docs reference EDI usage in various places and in the code
snippets but the smooks-edi-cartridge dependency is only test scoped, meaning
users have to manually it to their apps manually.
I assume EDI is a common Smooks use case so it make sense to promote the
dependency to compile scope.
