its only quarkus that comes with dockerfile when you create a project from
code.quarkus.io
The other runtimes does not intend to have that. But if something can be copied
over and adjusted then maybe we can include that too, but its not really
intended.
And most people dont want them anyway. They have a CI/CD system that builds
their apps in their own custom way.
