You may have some routes you want to start later in the test, or not to be
started, but still included.
For CSB tests with annotations, we may want to have a
@AutoStartupExcludePattern where you can then specify route ids, or endpoint
urls that should not be automatic started. So you can do ("kafka,amqp") to not
start routes that start from kafka or amqp
