Some EIPs enrich the exchange with properties such as LOOP_INDEX, SPLIT_INDEX,
AGGREGATE_XXX and several others. And To has TO_ENDPOINT and so on.
If we can get those marked up like we did for component headers, and then have
the data generated into model json files, for inclusion in camel-catalog.
