The Cassandra tests were migrated to JUnit 5 in
[9b2a5592f3|https://github.com/apache/calcite/commit/9b2a5592f3852a39225ec0b41b1768f533c825d0]
(CALCITE-2442), which replaced the JUnit 4 rule with {{CassandraExtension}};
the {{cassandra}} module no longer uses JUnit 4. I closed [PR
#1708|https://github.com/apache/calcite/pull/1708] as superseded, so this issue
can be closed as a duplicate of CALCITE-2442.
