Description:
*Current Limitation:*
Quidem tests currently only support configuring rules for the Volcano planner
via !set planner-rules, lacking:
- Customization for HEP planner rules
- Simultaneous configuration of HEP and Volcano planner rules
*Proposed Solution:*
Introduce two new configuration directives:
# !set hep-rules - Configure rules specifically for the HEP planner
# !set planner-rules - Configure rules specifically for the Volcano planner
(keeps the current planner-rules)
This enhancement will provide more flexible and precise control over rule
configuration in test scenarios.
