Thank you for the confirmation. I think we can keep it simple and handle the
divide-by-zero with the existing type system. If there are more cases where
expressions do not terminate, it might make sense to add a termination property
to the type system.
I had a quick search with keywords "IS NULL" and "division" before creating the
ticket, but couldn't find any relevant tickets.
