[~nobigo] is correct that IS [NOT] DISTINCT FROM is handled using desugaring.
However, I wish Calcite made it easier to turn desugaring off for particular
operators. If someone wants to make IS-DISTINCT-FROM a real operator with an
implementor, they should be allowed to. (Desugaring is a Rex-to-Rex
transformation, and implementation is a Rex-to-Lix transformation.)
