[~suibianwanwan33], Yes, but add parentheses. Thus the true literal becomes SQL 
to '(1=1)'.

You should check that 'true = false' becomes '(1=1)=(1=0)'. We wouldn't want 
'1=1=1=0', because that is poorly typed.
