I'am a little confused with the two columns, the new {{KAFKA_TIMESTAMP}} and
the existing {{MSG_TIMESTAMP}} (sorry I'm not a Kafka expert :)). If we have to
provide a different timestamp column, hopefully we can make them well
documented so that users know which one they should use.
