I think it would be useful to have some tests for
SqlCallBinding.getOperandLiteralValue applied to various kinds of arguments
(string literals, chained literals, literals of other types, null literal,
other operators). Maybe these tests could go in SqlParserTest.
Why? Because SqlCallBinding.getOperandLiteralValue makes assumptions on the
kind of exception thrown by SqlLiteral.unchain.
