It's no surprise that two validators are used - validators are used for one
statement then thrown away.
There are two kinds of paths in play when resolving a view. The schema that the
view is in (which is used to look up tables and views) and the function path
(which is used to look up functions). Both are from when the view was created,
not from the context where the view is being used (e.g. in the current query in
the current JDBC connection). Make sure that the validators are wired up to
those paths and I think things should work.
