We have these tests running to guard JRH since Dec 2018. I think the plan was
removing these test once we fully migrate to UW. And now we still have python
customer running streaming with JRH in production.
I'm not sure whether pulling ProcessBundleDescriptor is the root cause for
these failures. If yes, then we should either fix JRH or remove JRH test suite.
