Description:
As a Beam Playground {*}user{*}, I want to leave my feedback on Beam Playground
by rating and leaving extensive feedback.
*Acceptance criteria:*
# Beam Playground Rating score is added
# Thumbs Up/Down buttons next to "Enjoying Playground?" are clickable.
# Pressing on the Thumbs Up button increases the Beam Playground Rating score
by 1.
# Pressing on the Thumbs Down button decreases the Beam Playground Rating
score by 1.
# After pressing on either Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down buttons the Feedback popup
appears.
