The ArtemisCacheKeyProvider was using a generic key for all addresses,
causing the Web Console to cache and display the same menu items regardless of
specific address permissions, for further details see

Disabling ArtemisCacheKeyProvider is only a workaround waiting for the
resolution of
[jolokia-integration#4](https://github.com/jolokia/jolokia-integration/issues/4)
