The relocation pom for artemis-bom under the old org.apache.activemq groupId is
ineffective when imported as dependencyManagement entry, i.e. when used as a
bom. Though it is resolved, the entries in the relocated bom do not get taken
into account as expected (i.e it works fine when used for simple dependency, or
checking the 'effective pom', etc, but does not work in practice for its
intended usage of providing dependencyManagement information for other actual
dependencies).
