Despite the improvements from ARTEMIS-5427 we can benefit from enabling
compression for all HTTP responses. This will not only benefit the web console
but folks who are consuming web-based metrics (e.g. Prometheus).
Industry standard Gzip compression will yield smaller payload sizes with
minimal impact to CPU usage. It also provides the greatest compatibility.
