### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. The missing dependency can be confirmed with the following command: ```bash docker container run --rm -it debian:trixie bash -c ' apt update && apt install -y -V ca-certificates wget wget https://packages.apache.org/artifactory/arrow/debian/apache-arrow-apt-source-latest-trixie.deb apt install -y -V ./apache-arrow-apt-source-latest-trixie.deb apt update apt install -y -V libarrow2600 ldd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libarrow.so.2600 | grep "not found" ' ``` `libopentelemetry_xxx` are reported as `not found`: ``` ...snip libopentelemetry_exporter_otlp_http_log.so => not found libopentelemetry_exporter_ostream_span.so => not found libopentelemetry_exporter_otlp_http.so => not found libopentelemetry_otlp_recordable.so => not found libopentelemetry_trace.so => not found libopentelemetry_logs.so => not found libopentelemetry_resources.so => not found libopentelemetry_exporter_otlp_http_client.so => not found libopentelemetry_proto.so => not found ``` Running `apt install -y -V opentelemetry-cpp` resolves this. The same happens on Ubuntu resolute.
