culpgrant opened a new issue, #4709:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/issues/4709

   ### What happened?

   `cursor.adbc_ingest()` seemingly intermittently raises
`adbc_driver_manager.OperationalError: CANCELLED: context canceled` even though
all database side operations completed successfully. The data is fully ingested
with PUT, COPY INTO, and the final SELECT COUNT(*) query completing
successfully. But the python exception is still raised.

   The dataset is small 148,000 rows. The entire PUT and COPY INTO operation
completed in 7 seconds.

   This appears to be similar to
https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/issues/2062.

   ### Stack Trace

   ### How can we reproduce the bug?

   I cant share the dataset and the issues happens seemingly randomly.

   ### Environment/Setup

   Python 3.12
   Key Pair JWT Authentication
   Snowflake Private Link
   `adbc-driver-snowflake 1.11.0`
